Needle-felted Bagpuss ❤️

Create your very own adorable Bagpuss, entirely from wool.

I will show you how to work with carded wool to create a wool sculpture of the iconic children’s character, Bagpuss.

This is my own design based on Oliver Postgate and Peter Firmin’s character from the 70’s/80’s series. He has all the recognisable features of the saggy old cloth cat, but he is designed to be more simple to recreate in wool.

This is a very rewarding craft, and you will leave with something you can treasure or give as a gift to someone worthy - if you can bear to part with it!

This is a three hour class.

A note about timing - the class time should be enough for you to learn the skills and create your own pieces. These timings are however dependant on many variables! For example you may nail it first attempt and make your piece very quickly. Or you may need more guidance and help to make something you’re proud of. So you may be done quicker, or after the estimated time frame.
